Physical Activity and Exercise Rehabilitation
This module is normally for qualified health professional holding a first degree in a health-related discipline. Students are expected to have a foundation level knowledge of exercise prescription and use exercise prescription within their current practice.

This module considers the contemporary use of exercise therapy and prescription in healthcare practice and allows you to apply theoretical knowledge to your own area of advancing practice.
You will develop your existing knowledge and critical thinking skills relating to exercise physiology, the clinical reasoning of exercise prescription and the use of the best available evidence to support and develop your practice.
Assessments
Students will prepare a case study based 25 minute oral presentation. The student will present a case study allowing them to apply theory to an area of their practice and demonstrate their clinical reasoning of the exercise intervention.
Entry Requirements
Applicants at level 7 would normally possess a bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
