Content
This module allows the learner to manage their own work-based learning, enabling the student to actively shape their learning experiences within the workplace. The work-based learning approach will enhance the learner’s ability to manage personally unique learning activities to promote high quality special and high dependency neonatal care practice
Entry Requirements
Applicants should be working in the UK as a healthcare professional for a minimum of 2 days per week with normally 1 year post-registration experience and working in a clinical area with support available from a designated mentor. Applicants at level 7 would normally possess a bachelor degree or equivalent or have evidence of the ability to study at postgraduate level
Assessments
A portfolio of evidence that includes the evidence of accomplishment for each of the 3 personally unique learning outcomes (Learning Outcome 1 is the assessment in practice of 6 set clinical practice skills)
