About Pier Review

Pier Review is a University of Brighton student-led and managed literary magazine, established in 2021. The heart of Pier Review Magazine lies in the talent of its contributors and a passion for sharing explosive, heartfelt work. We champion imagination, innovation and expression and seek to welcome, share and celebrate all types of creativity, from traditional literary practices, to interactive, dynamic and contemporary styles, genres and ideas.

We carry with us the four core values that the University of Brighton upholds: inclusivity, sustainability, creativity and partnership. We also pride ourselves on a high standard of compassion and equality for our contributors and within our team, and understand the importance of representing such a diverse, vibrant and accepting community.

We cannot wait for you to share your creativity with us!
