These pages are designed to guide you through the placement process BEFORE, DURING and AFTER your visit.

You MUST read ALL these pages to ensure you understand what you need to do whilst on placements  ALL STUDENTS need to complete the Self Declaration Form BEFORE 1st November 2024 or BEFORE your placement starts, whichever is earliest.

NB If anything changes during the year, both from a health point of view or if you receive a police caution/sentence, you should IMMEDIATELY submit the following form AND notify the Placement Coordinators within seven days.

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to complete the reading and form(s) could lead to Professional Practice Review and, potentially, ultimately to Fitness to Practise.

Students who have returned after Intermission MUST apply for a DBS IMMEDIATELY on their return to University.

Once you have completed all the necessary tasks, we will arrange a placement for you.
