Safer Internet Day 2024
Tuesday 6th February 2024 is Safer Internet Day.
You can find a range of Safer Internet resources at the following links below. Explore the resources and then choose two to focus on and evaluate in pairs. Reflect on the following questions in your evaluations:
- How engaging is the resource?
- What age range is it pitched at?
- What would be the educational purpose of engaging with the resource? (e.g. any specific lesson aims/objectives)
- How could it be used within your professional context?
- What preparatory work might need to be done?
- How might the use of the resource be followed up?
- What issues might you anticipate
- How would you know the children had learnt something from engaging with the resource?
