When is One World Week?
One World Week 2019 takes place the week of March 18-22.
What is One World Week?
During the week a series of events and activities will take place at that aim to highlight and celebrate the different cultures and nationalities here at the university.
Why celebrate One World Week?
One World Week aims to celebrate and showcase the wide cultural diversity here at the University of Brighton. Coordinated by Student Services, it includes events and participation from Brighton Students Union, student societies, academic schools, central departments, and community organisations. This series of events will allow students and staff to participate in, enjoy, and learn more about the different cultures of their university community.
Who celebrates One World Week?
One World Week is celebrated across universities in the UK at different times in the academic calendar. The University of Brighton and the University of Sussex always hold their events during the same week in March. Students are invited to attend the various events organised by the two universities.

Who are the organisers?
International Student Support Officers, Sarah Digon and Sarah Herbert are the coordinators. However, the events are organised with staff and students across the university, and in collaboration with Brighton Students Union.
