We’re excited to announce the launch of the Neo-Victorian and the Late-Victorian Conference 2021.

The conference will be taking place on the 2nd and 3rd September 2021, with 2 days of fantastic keynotes, plenaries and workshop sessions.

The call for papers has now closed, thank you to everyone who has sent us their abstracts. The conference organisers are currently in the processes of reviewing these and we look forward to announcing the full programme in the coming weeks.

We are also delighted to announce our 3 keynote speakers, Associate Professor Dr Claire Nally from Northumbria University, author of Steampunk: Gender, Subculture and the Neo-Victorian (2019) , Professor Kim A. Wagner (Queen Mary, University of London) with ‘Afterlives of Empire: Between Nostalgia and Amnesia’ and Professor Wolfgang Ernst (Humboldt University of Berlin).
