- Negative comments made on social media forums like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook can hurt people and affect them for the rest of their lives.
This is known as cyber-bullying

- Ask for help to report the comment and block the user.

- What should you do if you have written something negative or unkind on social media?
- You may have done it out of anger but once you do it you don’t know who has seen it.
- Remove the post as soon as you can and speak to the person you posted about.
- If you find it too difficult to resolve the problem on your own speak to you teachers, carers, parents or somebody you trust. They will be able to support you.
