Christmas Fair

The Malagiri Christmas Fair took place yesterday on the university’s Falmer Campus.

The event was organised by Pippa Totraku and Susie Negus (pictured right) – School of Education colleagues and members of the Malagiri Committee.

Staff and students entered into the festive spirit by wearing Christmas jumpers, purchasing seasonal goodies, and cakes and savoury bites, to raise funds for the school.

Visitors to the fair were serenaded by a choir formed especially for the occasion

£600 was raised  – a wonderful effort from everyone who supported this event.

Special thanks to the students who created some unique, and rather yummy, Christmas gifts to sell.
