Below is a selection of sixteen images I accumulated after photo workshops in class as well as ones that were taken around Brighton. I was especially drawn to the shadows left by the subjects and how they were altered versions of the original object. When photographing the effect of shadows the importance of contrast, sharpness and exposure is amplified, during the process of editing I wanted to make subtle observations staying true to the subjects within the photo whilst enhancing their natural qualities.
