All content for the technical manual can be found within the sidebar menus under the titles:

Final Product – An overview of the final design concept as well as final technical drawings, assembly instructions, bill of materials as well as photographs and renders of final prototypes. Final CAD files are also linked.

Manufacturing Considerations – The proposed process for manufacturing the final product within distributed design requirements. How the manufacturing capabilities of the final concept influenced its development and design choices such as form, material, tools and machines.

Prototyping and Development – How prototyping and testing was used to evaluate potential technologies and combine them to create the final concept. This includes sketches, rough card modelling, function prototypes as well as CAD exploration and simulation tests.

Design Communication – How the media used to communicate the final concept was created through use of software, photo and video setups and rendering techniques.

Design Specification – A list of specification points that were assessed to be important for the success of the concept. This is followed by an evaluation of whether they were were achieved or adjustments made.

Pages are in descending order from first to last steps taken within that area of technical consideration.
