Over all I am happy with how my photographs came out, I feel like I managed to incorporate my research and inspiration and produce my documentary images which convey the message I wanted to get across. I hope that when people view my images it will make them think more deeply about the effect of plastic pollution and how it is effecting our environment. I really enjoyed experimenting with different types of photography and styles of research incorporated into my project. I was able to develop my skills sets, experimenting in different styles of photography such as portrait work which I hadn’t learnt before as well as developing my skills in camera techniques, lighting and composition.

If I were to re do this project I would like to explore more in landscape photography and how we can photograph the actually physical effects of plastic pollution in those landscapes. However I feel like my project has come together nicely and tells the story of plastic pollution in the unnatural habitats. I have also developed my skills in editing, lighting the images and adding colour and contrast to give the photographs a more refined finish and brightening the lighting to see the images more clearly.
