Method 3

Divide the tasks in 3 catagories-

  1. Automate – those task, that can be minimize the time to do using software like Microsoft Excel.
  2. Outsource – hand over the task which can be done by some vendors, not everything has to be done in the house or DIY.
  3. Delegate – hand over different tasks to different members in the team to ease your to do lit of work.
