The Booth Museum Website

To start off the project I decided to do a quick overview of the booth museums website. The main area of the website I will be visiting will ne the displays section. in this section there is a variety  of categories to explore, Birds, Mammals, Insects, Geology& Fossils, Marine life, The Victorian Study ,Discovery Lab and Av trails and Temporary displays.  Each section has a small collection of  images from each type of display along with some information. These are good starting points for ideas. The main displays I’m interested in are Birds, Mammals and Insects, these are the ones that inspire me the most. Victorian study is also something I will look at. Along with the displays there a category behind the scenes that leads to bog posts and other information on what is going on in the around the museum.

there is not a lot I’m the temporary displays, there’s a little about a wildlife photography competition. I want to fill the gap that is there for the temporary displays. Temporary displays are often in the hallway in-between which could be a great place for my work to be displayed, I will take this into consideration when making work, how it will work in the place.
