BBC 4 radio talk about women taxidermists. How there a serge of woman now interested in taxidermy but some of the men in the field are unhappy about. Looking back on taxidermy throughout time its been a male dominated field of work. Often men who hunted would do their own taxidermy hunting also being a most male sort, along with how the views on what women can or can’t do in Victorian times.
