At this point considering the submissions I am a little worried about my planning for my final outcomes. I think to control this anxious feeling I’m going to focus on my bio fashion objects and my online space which is my website. I want to advertise and plan the final exhibition space through this but more of a plan for the future. For my statement of intent I would of liked to add a bit more of brand identity into the outcome to connect to the brands identity through font, colour scheme, and presentation. I’ve been working a lot on my biomaterials while reflecting on the different outcomes through texture, recipies and drying methods. I’ve recently bought a dehydrator which has helped speed along the drying proccess. I want to attend more of the lectures as I have had a significant decrease in my attendance, with my biomaterials Ive drawn most of my focus on the whole process. This has lead to me missing out of content and tutorials which involve beneficial feedback. Through my part time job there is a excess of waste fruit/food/pulp this has made me more passionate about the driving force being food or product waste. In the next couple days I’m planning on collecting coffee grounds and working to create a biomaterial through that waste products. I think the action of using waste helped me the circular economy of these biomaterials. Little changes when managing our waste is common to starting a sustainable future, through larger development of symbiosis Im planning of finding materials (waste products) for a variety of biomaterial from local businesses. Currently I’ve been focusing of fruit pulp which is sourced from ideya which is based in the Brighton north lanes. I’m quite confident on how I want to produce my outcomes, from the FMP investigation and preparation module I worked on Gantt chart and set plans for how I want to move further with symbiosis. I want to make a effort on experimenting with photography through this module to prepare for the portfolio module. Working on my photography will help document my proccess and allow content for social media and the website.
