Audience demographics

Before carrying out detailed research on our customers I wanted to create a general profile for four customers. The sketchbook page for this is on the left, this helped me when looking further into WGSN consumer profiles. In these profiles, I was considering the age range of our demographic, occupation, and hobbies. I was giving myself a generalization of our audience to prepare for sectioning the different demographics of nosy. Doing this helped me feel prepared and ready to explore the consumer market with an agenda of marketing techniques and strategies aimed at highlighted factors within our general consumers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When we were starting to establish our branding and logo design it was important to investigate our audience and start to really uncover whom we are marketing to. Through looking at WGSN and the current consumer profiles, we highlighted a few key character tics we wanted to aim for. More specifically, me and the visual promoters worked on the audience profiles, we aimed the demographics around our own perceptions of who our audience is. The research I gathered from WGSN around the current emerging mindsets and consumer forecasting. Our three customer profiles that are inspired by the current mindsets are Inquisitive eavesdropper, medical psychedelic, and passionate connector. I have shown the annotated profiles to link them more to our audience.
