SWOT analysis

Above is my SWOT analysis for symbiosis. I wanted to construct this analysis, especially at the end of this project to review the outcomes and plans I’ve constructed for my sub-brand. The analysis of this SWOT is shown below. 

Strengths: 
  • multi platform marketing strategy – print, online, event 
  • balenciaga is the parent brand leading to guaranteed financial and strategic support 
  • produces a positive and playful brand image
  • lack of other brands exploring sustainability as their main mission statement 
Weaknesses: 
  • no loyal customer base 
  • fast fashion engulfing households with low income. the price point won’t entice due to paying for quality
  • no physical shops only pop up’s and events
Opportunity: 
  • a large parent brand means collaboration will be easier and will equal a bigger boost to the brand
  • Premise and collections surrounding sustainability and climate change continue the conversation and enable the spread of information through consumer knowledge through consumer knowledge 
  • Sustainable and natural processes can be less expensive 
Threat: 
  • Small brands hold a lack of customer loyalty leading to a harder startup 
  • Not an already constructed business within the industry and is not already widely shared and compared to already established competitors
  • Sustainability and being environmentally conscious can become not as trendy and aesthetic leading to less interest in investing in my brand.
