When working, trying to figure out my idea for the final outcome I chose to do a collage to help my brain think about what I wanted to create. Eventually, I came up with the collage above, I’ve explained it a bit within the actual image giving a summary to my idea formed from this outcome however I really enjoyed the process of creating other pieces in different formats to create the same premise. From this process, I decided I wanted to explore an idea focusing on men being viewed as sexualized objects like women within modern society do and women being seen as powerful and strong like men are seen in most media. Connecting this concept to Anna Piaggi is her perception of gender and gender roles which I want to research more about but knowing this element about her really interests me and I want to find out more and explore it within my final outcome.
