Second CAD Iteration of Bingo Spinner and Stand.

– Top axle was redesigned to be much thicker so as not to be so fragile. – Side locators were disposed of as the male and female locators at the bottom of each piece were sufficient. – The tolerance between the wheels and axles made larger to ensure both cam wheels could spin freely. This was done by extrude cutting a 1mm larger diameter centre hole on both cam wheels on Solidworks.

Stand was redesigned to be adjustable instead of one fixed piece as a preexisting bingo tombola ball was bought

Cam wheels were made with concave edges so that cam belts wouldn’t slip off

Test Pieces for Housing

I 3D printed small sections of the housing body of the Bingo Spinner to test how they fitted to the deconstructed housing of the dynamo torch. This was done as opposed to 3D printing the whole body of the Bingo Spinner so as to not waste material if the fitting was not correct.
