Coronavirus: immigration guidance if you’re unable to return to China from the UK

The UKVI has now released guidance for individuals in the UK who are unable to return to China from the UK as a result of the travel restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

This guidance is intended for individuals whose visas are due to expire between 24 January 2020 and 30 March 2020. It contants guidance on immigration provisions made by the Home Office for individuals in the UK who are unable to return to China.

Please read the Home Office guidance on the GOV.UK website here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-immigration-guidance-if-youre-unable-to-return-to-china-from-the-uk

If you have any queries about this or any other immigration issue, please contact the International Student Advice Service using our online enquiry form.

Please see the main University of Brighton FAQs about the Coronavirus for more general information.
