Graduation prize winners

Congratulations to the School of Applied Social Science prize winners for summer graduation 2015.

The Hamilton Cramp prize is agreed by the Chair of the Board in consultation with academic colleagues as the terms of the prize are academic achievement and outstanding contribution to the school community.

WINNER IS GHOTIE AHMADI, BA Hons Politics & Sociology

The Sandra Winn prize is awarded to the student who has made the greatest progress from the start to finish of the course.  This is calculated by looking at the student with the greatest gap between average yearly marks between level four and six.

WINNER IS ELENA RUFFHEAD, BA Hons Sociology & Social Policy

The Tony Hadley prize is for the Social Policy student who has  made the most active participation in, and contribution to, learning and teaching sessions and, thus to the learning of other students. 

WINNER IS SOPHIE FERGANY, BA Hons Sociology & Social Policy

The following prizes are awarded by the British Psychological Society (BPS)

2015 BPS Undergraduate award is given to the student with the highest overall average on a BPS accredited course within the institution. 

WINNER IS ALICE HILL, BA Hons Applied Psychology & Criminology.

Tony Gale Memorial Prize is given to one student in each institution who gets the best dissertation mark.  

WINNER IS LAURA MONTGOMERY DE-WITT – BA Applied Psychology & Sociology.
