Select the control centre icon in the tool bar.

Select the time you want notifications to be turned off.

While Do Not Disturb is active you’ll see a little crescent moon in the tool bar.

People who need to share their desktop in Teams calls so that they can switch windows, and viewers can see menus opening, but don’t really want their email and twitter notifications appearing on the screen.
