In teams select the three little dots for the team you want to hide.

Select ‘Hide’

To find hidden teams look at the bottom left corner and select ‘Hidden teams’

you can remove the team from the hidden list by selecting the three little dots and ‘show’

You can reorganise the teams grid by clicking on the team, holding and dragging to the new location.
