The project name is Hillfort House by the company Student roost.
The project is at 1 Moulscoomb way, Brighton, Sussex, BN2 4PB on the corner of Moulscoomb Way and the main A-270 Lewes Road (known as the ‘academic corridor’), forming one of the main routes into Brighton City Centre. Moulscoomb Way comprises mainly office, industrial and retail warehouse premises. Hillfort House building provides students with a truly exceptional experience within proximity to the Moulscoomb campus of Brighton University and the University of Sussex. Hillfort House also offers students some of the most spacious bedrooms available to rent, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building with all utility bills included in the rent. Hillfort House has some of the most amazing social spaces including chic modern furniture, in-unit laundry, and premium views.
Nathan Goddard is the CEO of Student Roost and has worked in the student accommodations industry for over ten years. The project is being developed by McLaren Property which has delivered several successful projects within the City of Brighton.
