Teaching and research gym

Ward Hall, our teaching and research gym is located on the Eastbourne campus next to the library. The facility opened it’s doors in 2019.

You’ll use the gym for a wide range of activities including:

  • conducting a range of fitness tests and movement screenings
  • coaching and analysing compound lifts
  • learning a variety of training methods
