Tchouckball introduced to Trainee PE teachers

PGCE and School Direct PE students were introduced to a new and innovative non-contact invasion game which is sweeping across the country and gaining popularity amongst pupils in secondary school PE lessons. Tchouckball is a game that was invented in Switzerland.

Journalism students on Lewes Bonfire Celebrations

Korfball workshop

As part of an on-going series of alternative activities, PGCE and School Direct trainee PE teachers were introduced to the Dutch game of ‘Korfball’. Korfball is a goal throwing invasion and a mix between netball and basketball played specifically between two mixed-sex teams of eight (four female and four male).
