The Eastbourne campus, where our Nutrition BSC(Hons) course is based, has a range of specialist facilities to enhance your learning.
Our nutrition suite is a modern commercial kitchen. As a nutrition student you’ll use it for lessons but also for a wide range of practical activities.

You’ll use the studio for a wide range of activities including:
- food preparation
- consumer research.
Equipment you’ll use includes:
- Blood pressure monitors
- Body composition equipment
- Blood testing, such as for cholesterol
- Urine dip tests, such as for glucose
Sport and exercise science labs
If you choose to follow the Nutrition with Sport and Exercise BSc(Hons) route in your second year you’ll also make use of the following facilities:
