Podiatry student highly commended at Bee purple innovations competition

Sarah Brown (final year podiatry student) submitted her business case for this years’ Bee purple innovations completion and was awarded a ‘highly commended’ with a £100 prize.

Sarah’s idea remains in development, but is designed to provide an earlier diagnosis for Charcot foot, which remains an under-diagnosed and poorly understood complication of the insensitive foot, most frequently seen in diabetes.
