Top Score for Culinary Arts Studio

The Culinary Arts Studio (CAS) retained its ‘Very Good’ Food Hygiene Rating when inspectors visited this month.

The Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) helps consumers choose where to eat out or shop for food by giving them information about the hygiene standards in restaurants, takeaways and food shops.

CAS is used by hospitality students throughout their course – it provides a professional learning environment and is open to members of the public as both a restaurant and cafe/ bar.
