Staff and students make a big impression at IFOMPT conference 2016, Glasgow

Staff and students of the School of Health Sciences were well represented at this 4 yearly conference of international musculoskeletal Physiotherapists. DR COLETTE RIDEHALGH presented work from her collaboration with DR ANNINA SCHMID from the University of Oxford on small diameter nerve fibre testing earning her runner up prize for the best rapid 5 presentation. DR CLAIR HEBRON presented work on students’ understanding of health promotion and knee mobilisations. MATT LOWE, JOHAN HOLTE, GUILLAME CHRISTE, KEVIN HALL and MARY SEXTON all presented their latest research findings from their Masters or PhD programme, with MATT LOWE winning the best poster prize.
