Lecturer receives Honary Fellowship

School of Sport and Service Management Principal Lecturer, Helen Atkinson, has received an Honorary Fellowship from the Council for Hospitality Management Education (CHME).

Helen was awarded the fellowship at the recent Annual Research Conference in Belfast and said of her award: “It was a great honour to be recognised by my peers for my contribution to CHME over the years.

“I have to say this is one of the most friendly and productive groups of scholars I have been associated with, who run great conferences and who continue to develop and progress research in the applied areas of Hospitality, Tourism and Events.”
