Nursing updates – March 2016

Penny Lindley worked with colleagues on putting together the school’s input to the consultation on nursing consultants, which we submitted ahead of the deadlines to the Council of Deans and Higher Education England.

Colleagues in the nursing programmes, supported by professional services, have been working extremely hard to audit placements so we fully comply with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) requirements. We are extremely grateful to everyone involved in supporting these. We know it is a lot of work but are keen to use this opportunity to strengthen our partnership with placement providers.
