Dr Penny Dodds, Lecturer Practitioner, school of health sciences, and Paro the robotic harp seal, otherwise known as Clarence or Snowdrop by petting patients.

Dr Penny Dodds led a very successful PARO conference, attended by over 100 people. PARO is a robotic medical device used with people with dementia and learning disabilities invented by Professor Takanori Shibata from Japan. I am really sorry to have missed this one!
