Wine tasting roadshow comes to the Eastbourne campus

Enjoy Discovering Wine recently brought their wine tasting roadshow to the Eastbourne campus.

Over 50 hospitality students attended a tutored wine tasting where they were given the chance to test out their taste buds in deciphering sweet and bitter tastes; with and without the very elegant nose clips!

Students had their sense of smell tested by playing Aroma Roulette to see if they could identify some of the flavours associated with wine tasting.

Whilst studying with us, International Hospitality Management students are given the option to study for Levels One and Two in the Wine and Spirit Education Trust examinations on campus with Enjoy Discovering Wine.

The qualifications are recognised throughout the hospitality industry and are a great addition to any CV.
