Research making a world-class impact

According to the results of the Research Excellence Framework 2014 (REF), the University of Brighton’s researchers in life and physical sciences, social sciences and art and humanities have all produced research, a percentage of which has been rated as “world leading”.

We’re also a Top 20 university for world-class research impact in Sport and Exercise Science, Leisure and Tourism.
