Study abroad opportunities

Sport Coaching students can take advantage of the Erasmus study exchange programme and learn in a European country.

Studying abroad can help improve your employment prospects as well as helping you improve your foreign language skills and increasing your self-confidence. You’ll also make new friends and contacts.

Student Sophie Matthews said of her exchange trip: “The study visit to Cologne has been one of the best experiences of my life. It has really broadened my horizons and I have made friends with people from all over the globe. I recommend any sport student to find out about the Erasmus scheme.”

erasmusCourse Leader James Wallis (red top) instructs some of the students at Madrid Technical University Sport Faculty (INEF) as part of the partnership between our Universities.

Madrid is just one of the Universities that Sport Coaching students can study at for one semester of their course under the Erasmus programme.  We also have links in Germany, Belgium, Poland and France.
