The electrical requirements were for fast broadband and a lot of plugs in the room, this had to be designed around the house and ingrained into the architecture.

The plumbing and mechanical requirements had to adapt to the dip in where the house is, a soakaway was designed 7m away from the house.

The sustainable practices include the garden which has been used for gardening and growing vegetables, this has been dug out and will be able to view from kitchen window, also the soak away creates sustainability.

The environmental impacts which have been taken on site is the protection of the garden and wildlife as this was a concern for the client who wanted to keep as much greenery as possible.

The site planning and managing was kept to standards as the site was always as clean as possible and the crew knew their tasks to do throughout the day to make it as efficient as possible.
