I am working on my placement year at Babcock Wanson UK Ltd. I have the Title of Production Engineering and Draftsman. I have completed a number of tasks while on placement, but my day-to-day role mainly includes working on engineering drawings such P&IDs, Layout Drawings and 3d views, I will be modifying existing drawings to new parameters set by the client and creating new tender or order drawings when required. I also plot out the large-scale Drawings for senior employees to take to meetings with clients.
