Here are the mood boards I created for my different themes. Now I will decide on one and focus on that theme.

Schiaparelli and Thirties Fashion.

I will begin this project by researching and trying to trend predict the trends for Spring/Summer 2018.

I will begin by looking at past trends and whats on now and see what is due for a return.

There are however four I have already thought of which are:

1. Recycling – such as customising, patchwork, fibres and ‘Make-do and mend”
2. Smart Textiles – such as solar, responding to the environment, health and safety and health/sport
3. Glam Rock – such as uni sex, patterns, sequins and extravagance
4. Minimalist Couture – such as athletic, exotic, youth and colourful.

Realistically out of those four I have narrowed it down to two already which are glam rock and minimalist couture, however I will try and see if I can incorporate all of them into whichever one I decide to follow on with.
