I wanted to make my zines more personal, so I felt my creating my own sentences/ phrases and writing them by hand, it would allow me to achieve this. These appear both in my paper and online zines. I created these based on some of the images/ pieces of work that I have placed into my zines. I felt it added another dimension to the zines so they weren’t just all image based.
