ICOGRADA posters
Among the 1500 posters from around the world that form part of the ICOGRADA (The International Council of Graphic Design Associations) archive, 37 of these are from Finland. Covering the period from 1968 to the late 1980s, they include the work of some of Finland’s most eminent graphic designers and provide a vivid and vibrant window on Finnish exhibitions, cities, and the concerns of Finnish society.
ICOGRADA has been the professional world body for graphic design and visual communication since it was founded in London in 1963. A voluntary grouping of world-wide associations with a strong educational remit, it promotes the role of graphic design in both society and commerce.
