‘No Photography’ is an exhibition which, through its title and accompanying smartphone prohibition sign, asks the viewer to enter the space considering their relationship to their smartphone or the effect of smartphones.

Upon entering, the viewer will be presented with a number of anonymous ‘elements/gestures’, which allow an exchange to take place. This conversation shifts depending on how literally the viewer has taken our instruction, if at all. The elements have the ability to be engaged with as presented or ‘unlocked’ through the use of a smart-device.
