Renders and Photographs

Renders

To render out the picture of the parts I used Keyshot 9 and set up a document with fixed cameras depending on the size of the object, a grid background that I could change the colour of and static lighting. The fixed camera meant I could get the same size image each time making them all look consistent. The grid allowed me to line up the piece making sure it was always in the centre. The lighting meant the plastic looked the same in all of the renders.

Photography

The pictures were taken in a blank corner so the subject popped out on top of the blank wall and taken with a Go Pro Hero 8 then touched up in Photoshop. The lighting was natural lighting because all of the lights we had were harsh LED lights and I wanted a more warmer light.
