To make sure the dialogues I’ve written are cohesive and make sense, I run them through my friend Joe, a native English speaker. He helped me polish the sentences to appear more natural.
Here are few short videos of the process of colouring in the frames I created before and adding dialogues.
I was considering few different fonts to use for dialogues. I quickly realised though, that a lot of them don’t support special characters, such as exclamation marks. This lead me to narrowing down my choice to three fonts, and then picking Komikula as final one.
I also recorded creation of QR codes:
I tried to record the whole process of book assembly in InDesign, however my QuickTime crushed half way through. Here is a short video I managed to record from this process:
