This week we were tasked to create a journey map for a service for example mcdonalds or twitter ect.
The service i chose was an online website.below is the journey map i made for the service which explains and outlines the process of the journey.
In conclusion the journey map successfully depics and allows you to understand the key processes of the online process service.
