Boys Don’t Cry

Behind the scenes of the Boys Don’t Cry shoot created as my role as Visual Promoter. We created this shoot with a playful undertone, looking at the issues surrounding the gender stereotypes men face that suggest they should hide their emotions to show strength. By breaking these stereotypes, we are removing the expectations and actively fighting toxic masculinity.

Ident

This was our first Ident originally created to give our audience a sneak peek at what our magazine was about. Due to COVID a set was made and designed to fit the aesthetic of our magazine and was filmed in my personal student bedroom along side my housemate styled in retro clothing and make up. It’s a snippet of the activism and important content we wanted to include in our magazine. This was my first role as Visual Promoter and created our first visual piece of content for the TRIPT Instagram ran by myself, I felt it was successful and I adapted well under the current circumstances.
