When allocating particular roles within this project, we chose a mixture of choosing roles by strengths and weaknesses, for example myself am choosing to take on a leadership role, which I would say is a weakness of mine.
I chose this due to some self-reflection, after which I realised staying in my comfort zone is a weakness in my skillset. In the past, I have chosen to follow others in collaborative work and I believe to develop professionally I need to take on a leadership role.
Due to this being my first attempt, Lawrence is sharing the role by facilitating group meetings. This is to not only ensure that the meetings are being planned weekly, but to encourage teamwork as we share a similar role and can discuss accordingly.
