Turnitin experienced a global intermittent service disruption from 12:30pm to 9:30pm GMT on January 5, 2015. During this time, users may have experienced error messages (including Submit.ac.uk and iPad® app users) or been unable to log in.
The issue was resolved and the system returned to normal.
