The images above were taken from a drawing workshop looking at light and shading, focusing on strange shapes and forms. Below are the pieces that I created from this. The bottom piece is my favourite as I think there is a strong contrast between the black which is somewhat synonymous with death and the bright colours of the flowers which represent life growing up through this dead body.
